1. Independent Resource — Not Affiliated with KNEC

KJSEA is an independent exam-preparation platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) or any government body. Our prediction papers, revision materials and marking schemes are independently prepared by our team based on the curriculum and past examination trends, and are not official KNEC examination papers. They are intended as a revision aid and do not guarantee any particular examination outcome.

2. Free and Premium Materials

The Site offers free materials, such as past papers, which may be downloaded at no cost, and premium materials, such as 2026 prediction papers with full solutions and marking schemes, which require a one-time payment to unlock. Material availability, pricing and content are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Payments and Verification

Payments for premium materials are made via M-Pesa, processed through our third-party payment processor, Paystack. After you enter your phone number, you will receive an M-Pesa prompt to enter your PIN and approve the payment. Payment confirmation and access to the material are handled automatically once Paystack confirms the transaction — no manual submission of a transaction code is required. You are responsible for:

• Entering an accurate phone number for the M-Pesa prompt.
• Paying the correct amount for the material selected.
• Keeping your M-Pesa PIN confidential at all times.

A payment that Paystack cannot confirm, or that does not match the price of the selected material, will not unlock access. If you believe a payment was deducted without your material unlocking, contact us via the Contact page.

4. Refunds

Because premium materials are digital and access is granted immediately upon verification, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been unlocked. If you believe you were charged in error, paid for a material that was not delivered, or experienced a genuine technical issue, contact us via the Contact page with your phone number and the M-Pesa message you received, and we will review the matter in good faith.

5. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Reproduce, resell, publicly redistribute or share premium materials outside your own personal or study use.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to premium materials without payment and verification.
• Submit false, fraudulent or misleading payment information.
• Use the Site in a way that could damage, disable or impair its operation or security.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including revision materials, prediction papers, marking schemes, text, graphics, logos and the Site design, is the property of KJSEA or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, except where a material is explicitly sourced from and credited to a third party (such as a past examination paper). You may use downloaded materials for personal study purposes only.

7. KJSEA WhatsApp Group

We maintain a community WhatsApp group for candidates and parents to ask questions and receive updates. Participation is voluntary and subject to WhatsApp's own terms of service, as well as reasonable community conduct. We reserve the right to remove members who share spam, abusive content, or content unrelated to KJSEA preparation.

8. No Guarantee of Results

While our materials are prepared with care to reflect likely examination trends, we do not guarantee that any particular topic, question or grade outcome will match the actual KJSEA examination. Our materials are a revision and preparation aid, not a substitute for regular schoolwork and study.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KJSEA and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on our materials, including examination performance. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Kenyan law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our materials, pricing or operations. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict of law principles.
